We have installed our first copy of Acajoom Pro onto the Storm Spotters United™ website and have started using it to the fullest. We highly recommended that if you wish to try your hands with a newsletters function for your Joomla! website, that you use Acajoom News, but in order to be able to provide more to your sites visitors and members, you will really need to use Acajoom Pro. It by far wins hands down against the competition. The main reason that we asked to be upgraded was to allow us access to the ability of having an auto-responder for our website. We find that sometimes we receive emails for the same thing over and over again, so by having an auto-responder, we are able to all the site to send the visitor the information and avoid having to worry about the email getting lost in the shuffle of our daily operation. With the Plus version, you are given the ability to create auto-responders for your site along with standard newsletters, but in the Pro version, which we now have, you can also create what is known as the Smart-Newsletter. The Smart-Newsletter can take the latest articles ( created or modified ) and automatically create/send a newsletter based on them. You specify which category or section you want to take the articles from. This is a great way to work on building your site and allowing the mailer to handle sending out the latest newsletters to your members and visitors without having to create each mailing. It is now handled automatically for you. Below is a list of the features that you will find in each of the Acajoom's.
